Indicative calculation from your own figures: it is not a market rate. Fee display rules and local rates vary: please check them.
How to use it
- Enter the cleaning time, the hourly rate (yours or a cleaner’s), the linen and the supplies.
- Add the number of stays per month, the average length and, if you already charge one, your current fee.
- Click “Calculate”, copy the text for your listing or send the amount to the page generator.
Frequently asked questions
Should the cleaning be charged separately?
It is a presentation choice: a flat fee per stay is clear, but the same amount can also be built into the nightly price. Check the display rules of the place where you publish your listing.
How do I estimate the cleaning time?
Time two or three complete cleanings, from stripping the beds to the final check, and take the average. Include trips and laundry if you do them yourself.
Does my time count if I clean myself?
That is up to you: valuing your time shows the full cost, and you can set the hourly rate to 0 to count only linen and supplies.
