Booking planner and double-booking alert
Several platforms, several calendars: a double booking happens quickly. Enter your stays (name, arrival, departure): the tool draws the calendar month by month and flags nights booked twice, same-day departures and arrivals and free periods. Everything is calculated in your browser. You can also import the .ics calendars of your platforms to spot a double booking across several calendars.
How it works
- Enter one booking per line: name ; arrival ; departure (for example Smith family ; 03/03/2027 ; 08/03/2027).
- Click Generate: the occupancy calendar and the double-booking alert appear.
- Correct your bookings if an alert appears, then copy the summary if needed.
FAQ
Does the tool connect to my booking platforms?
No: it connects to nothing. It only works on the bookings you enter or the .ics files you import (read in your browser); always check your online calendars.
Is a departure and an arrival on the same day a double booking?
No: a morning departure and an arrival on the same day are flagged as a “same-day turnover”, not as a conflict. A conflict appears when the same night is booked twice.
